Willard D. Oberton
President and CEO

Mr. Oberton has served as a director of the Company since June 1999, has been President of the Company since July 2001, and has been Chief Executive Officer of the Company since December 2002. Mr. Oberton also served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company from March 1997 through December 2002, as Executive Vice President of the Company from June 2000 through July 2001, and as Vice President of the Company from March 1997 through June 2000.

Daniel L. Florness
Executive Vice-President and CFO

Mr. Florness has been the Chief Financial Officer of Fastenal since joining the company in 1996. Mr. Florness took over the duties of Fastenal Treasurer in 1997. Mr. Florness grew up in western Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, earning a Bachelor's Degree in accounting in 1986. After college graduation and before joining Fastenal, Dan spent 10 years working for KPMG Peat Marwick LLP in Minneapolis and New York.

Nicholas J. Lundquist
Executive Vice President - Sales

Mr. Lundquist has worked for Fastenal since 1979. Starting out as a Trainer in Winona, he moved on to be the Assistant Branch Manager in Madison. In 1980, Mr. Lundquist served as Branch Manager in Minneapolis, Beloit, and Indianapolis. Mr. Lundquist then served as Hub Manager in Indianapolis and Hub Manager in Winona. Mr. Lundquist served as Regional Manager from 1991 to 1997 when he became Fastenal Sales Manager. In 2001, he became the Executive Vice-President of Sales and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Lundquist's current responsibilities include complete sales and operational oversight for our regional business units based out of distribution centers east of the Mississippi River in the United States.

Leland J. Hein
Executive Vice President - Sales

Mr. Hein originally joined Fastenal in 1985. During his tenure with Fastenal, he has served in various sales roles, most recently serving as a regional vice president in our Winona and Kansas City based regions. Mr. Hein's current responsibilities include complete sales and operational oversight for our regional business units based out of distribution centers west of the Mississippi River in the United States.

Steven A. Rucinski
Executive Vice President - Sales

Mr. Rucinski originally joined Fastenal in 1980. During his tenure with Fastenal, he has served in various sales roles, most recently serving as a senior vice president of strategic accounts and, before that, as a regional vice president in our Winona based region. Mr. Rucinski's current responsibilities include complete sales and operational oversight for our regional business units based in Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Asia, as well as, strategic accounts globally.

Reyne K. Wisecup
Executive Vice President - Human Resources

Ms. Wisecup has served as a director of the Company since June 2000, and has been Director of Employee Development since April 2002 and Human Resources Director for the Company since April 1997. Ms. Wisecup was named Executive Vice President - Human Resources in November 2007.

James C. Jansen
Executive Vice President - Internal Operations

Mr. Jansen originally joined Fastenal in 1992. During his tenure with Fastenal, he has served in various support, operational and sales roles, including being the regional vice president of our Dallas based region. Mr. Jansen's current responsibilities include serving as director of systems development which encompasses both information systems and distribution systems as well as directing our product and merchandising development.
